You may know the banshee, or Bean sídhe or woman of the sídhe. David JONES<p>A while ago when i saw in the book See Red Women’s Workshop a reprint of poster showing how to make posters, i've wanted to try it out. That project bore fruit at the weekend when the staple-gun came back from long-term loan, and i could tack on the organza to the wooden frame. Then it was time to cut a stencil, and... squeegee a print off! Fun (and terrifying) project and will try again. Feral Strumpet<p>Kiki Smith, Tattoo Print, 1995. Smith’s work has been a lifelong influence on my visual work, jewellery design as well as my writing. I love this print of tattoo ‘flash’—with all its vulvamorphia and decorative motifs. John Bloor Printmaker<p>Another print which is almost sold out is this Sea Holly House print, made in 2020.</p><p>This is very much from the era when I was making "construtions" of things like driftwood, pebbles and rope. </p><p>It is printed in three colours and is A4 in size. Ian Brooks<p>My solo show at the Artizan Gallery in Torquay is just a month away, opening April 18. Ele Willoughby, PhD<p>Next: Canada’s most recent territory: Nunavut 🇨🇦 The territorial symbols the rock ptarmigan and purple saxifrage flowers cover the hand-carved map of <a href="https://spore.social/tags/Nunavut" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Nunavut</span></a> in my <a href="https://spore.social/tags/linocut" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>linocut</span></a>.
