I didn't hear it, but I read what Dario Amodei said: AI Will Be Writing 90% of Code in 3-6 Months... In 12 months, we could be in a world where AI writes virtually all the code..
I also hear from 3D artists on social media that their jobs are also under threat. Ok #gamedev we need to release the planned games faster, because soon it will be a complete ass... Then we will think about what to do next, for example, after 20+ years of programming, I am ready to become a farmer. And who will you be?
Low level UX:
- mode 0: viewport panning
- mode 1: cursor movement + tracks building
For future there will be mode 2 for infrastructure placement/management.

I love that ghosts in the Two Point games are opaque. Such a smart design decision: No player will ever think less of the game because of it, but it saved the developers time and energy dealing with the pitfalls of translucency. No worries about sorting order, overdraw, culling inner triangles, translucency not being supported in deferred rendering, etc.

you guys are not ready for the magnitude of the bug I just found. someone noticed that you could do this on a single tile conveyer, but it's much, MUCH bigger than that LOL So long as the conveyer belt would push you back into your own trail, you can just yolo it
